We provide weekly team huddles, one-on-one mentorship, and hands-on sales training to help agents grow consistently. Our training includes lead conversion and dialogue practice through Script Inferno, RISE sales training, advanced Amplify coaching, as well as Follow Up Boss CRM mastery to help agents improve organization, follow-up, and conversion skills.
Sayles Team, along with Coldwell Banker Island Properties provides dedicated administrative support so agents can stay focused on selling and serving clients. Our admin team assists with transaction coordination, listing and marketing support, paperwork management, and day-to-day operations to help ensure a smooth, professional experience from contract to close. We also have brokers available to review contracts and provide guidance to help ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidence throughout the transaction process. In addition, our systems support organization, follow-up, and consistency so agents can spend more time in front of clients, generating business, and growing their production.
In the past 12 months, our real estate team has successfully sold 31 homes throughout Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Big Island, helping clients buy and sell with confidence. Our commitment to results has driven a total sales volume of 61 Million in Volume, showcasing the strength of our market presence. On average, our agents earn $100,000.00 annually, a testament to both their hard work and the thriving real estate opportunities in our service areas.

The Sayles Team provides full-service marketing support designed to help agents present themselves and their listings at a high level. This includes professional listing marketing, photography coordination, property launch strategies, digital and social media exposure, and branded team marketing materials. We also support agents with personal branding, online presence, and lead generation systems, along with proven listing promotion strategies that maximize exposure locally and internationally. The goal is to give agents the tools, consistency, and visibility needed to grow their business and win more listings.


At a high level, the Sayles Team helps agents build long-term, sustainable careers through consistent mentorship, proven systems, hands-on training, accountability, and clear opportunities for growth.
